Bill’s focus areas while at PwC were in SOX 404 internal controls, and acquisitions. While at PwC he primarily worked on large public Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), but also spent significant time on private real estate funds.
Prior to joining Synergy, Bill spent 6 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) New York City in the real estate assurance practice. In his tenure Bill has focused on client service, training, review, continuous process improvement, and maintaining Synergy’s operating and financial controls.
Bill works with his team to ensure quality, timely, and relevant reporting for our external investors and customers. Matt is also active in fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.Īs Senior Vice President, Finance Bill is in charge of Synergy’s property accounting department and all aspects of property accounting and reporting. He is also a member of NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to Federal Realty, Matt held leadership positions with Westfield Corporation, Arnold Palmer Golf Management and JCPenney.Įhrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Centre College. Prior to joining Synergy, Matt was the Vice President, Regional Portfolio Manager for Federal Realty Investment Trust, overseeing the asset and property management for Federal Realty’s Northeast portfolio, including Assembly Row in Somerville, MA. Matt has over twenty five years experience in property and asset management experience in in retail, mixed use, office, and shopping center environments. He is accountable for all operational, financial and development objectives for the property management and engineering teams. In his role as Senior Vice President of Property Management, Matt is responsible for leading the property management and building engineering teams across the Synergy Portfolio.

Gogolin holds a Bachelors of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (where he also pitched on the baseball team) is a registered professional engineer, a licensed general contractor and a LEED accredited professional.” He is a board member of an innovative non-profit called YouthBuild Boston, which offers a hands-on approach to training and workforce development for the youth of Boston, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District (BID) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Prior to Skanska, Al was a Principal and the Director of Design for Pond and Company, a large, multi-disciplined design firm in Atlanta, GA. At Skanska, Al managed a book of work made up of dozens of simultaneously ongoing construction projects, ranging in size from tenant fit outs to high-rise office and multi-family buildings. Prior to joining Synergy, he was a Senior Vice President with Skanska USA for 14 years where he served in a number of operational roles, in several markets along the east coast. In this capacity, he is focused on identifying and implementing process improvements within the organization, as well as, streamlining reporting and creating numerous efficiencies in our workflow.Īl has over 25 years of varied experience in the design, construction, and real estate industry.
